Bruno Gunther is a Ph.D. candidate in Clinical Psychology at Université de Montréal and a registered student member of l’Ordre des psychologues du quebec (OPQ). He completed his residency at the McGill University Health Center’s Allan Memorial Institute, a tertiary care setting where he received specialized training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for a variety of mood and anxiety disorders. Bruno provides psychotherapy for adults and adolescents experiencing a broad range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, body-focused repetitive behaviours (skin-picking, hair-pulling), ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), insomnia, and other related disorders. Bruno’s style is goal-oriented, collaborative, flexible, empathetic, and patient. He strives to create a non-judgmental environment where you can discuss difficult topics while feeling safe, understood, and cared for. Using a an individualized approach to CBT, he will work closely with you to develop a concrete and flexible treatement plan tailored to your needs to help you develop insight and create lasting, meaningful change in your life.
