Stefanie Demberg, M.S.W.
Stefanie Demberg has a Masters degree in Social Work from McGill University and works as a clinical social worker in the community with persons who have an intellectual or physical disability, or an autism spectrum disorder. Stefanie strives to support and assist people who struggle with anxiety and relationship issues, those who are questioning educational or career paths, and others who just feel "stuck".
She offers assistance to individuals looking to make a change and take control of their lives by using an eclectic, strengths-based approach to help individuals achieve their goals. Individual sessions look at challenging our perceptions, the ways we react to situations, and finding new coping mechanisms and organizational techniques to lead happier and less stressful lives. Stefanie will also be a co-leader in ADHD intervention groups.
