In addition to her work with families in transition, Alaina has extensive proficiency working with parents and educators, helping them develop a more structured, secure, and developmentally appropriate environment for children experiencing challenging behaviours.

Holding a Master’s degree in Social Work from McGill University, as well as an accreditation in Family Mediation, Alaina has been in the field of health and social services since 2001. Alaina’s career has been centered on working with children of all ages and their families, with her primary goal being on their healthy social and emotional development.
